Role & Configuration :
- Lead the setup and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision across various modules like Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and more.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure the system to optimize workflows based on client needs.
Functional Support & Troubleshooting :
Provide ongoing support for users, resolving issues across different D365 modules.Troubleshoot and resolve any system problems to improve functionality.Collaborate with technical teams to address system bugs.Customization & Development :
Customize D365 to meet client-specific needs using AL programming and extensions.Work with developers to integrate custom features with existing systems.System Integration :
Help integrate third-party systems with D365 to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Support the integration process for smooth system communication.Testing & Quality Assurance :
Lead or assist in testing activities (e.g., UAT, system testing) to ensure the system meets business needs.Document test results and work with stakeholders to fix issues before system rollout.Training & Knowledge Transfer :
Provide training and documentation to help users adopt the system smoothly.Create and deliver training materials to ensure users understand system functionality.Support for System Environments :
Manage different system environments (Production, UAT, Training, Sandbox) to ensure stable performance.Monitor and maintain system configurations across environments.Project Management & Coordination :

Strong Communication Skills : Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Travel to Travel : Must be open to short-term travel (4-6 weeks at a time) for client projects.
Client Site Visits : Travel to client locations across India for system implementations, training, and support.
