Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates’ suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Handle job postings across various job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Requirements :
Any graduate or pursuing graduation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools is an advantage.Self-motivated and eager to learn.Benefits :
