Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with checkin procedures and luggage handling
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and airport property
- Operate and maintain airport equipment such as baggage handling systems scanners and conveyors
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and respond to their queries and concerns
- Follow all airport rules and regulations and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
