The team leader II actively contributes tothe Global logistics and billing function. This role will reportdirectly to the Supervisor- Logistics. This is an Entry-level roledesigned to support the processing daily PAN india outboundshipments documentation. It will support across allsegments / BUs / Plants / CustomerService.

How You'll Help Us Connect theWorld :

Team Leader need to be expert inprocessing the pre shipment activity such as generation of SORDreport, Creating DN, Shipmentnumber.
Responsible to Prepare, review, and validate shippingdocumentation, including Lorry Receipt, packing lists, shippinglabels, commercial invoices, and ensuring compliance withregulations.
Coordinatingwith planning, Customer service, Sales, W / h, Transporter, forsmooth function of Shipping ofgoods
Optimizefreight costs by evaluating carrier adhoc rates and selectingthe most cost-effective shipping methods based on shipmentcharacteristics and deliveryrequirements.
Generate shipping reports, performancemetrics, and KPIs using SAP MM, analyzing data to identify trends,areas for improvement, and cost-savingopportunities.
Proactively plan & identifyopportunities for container optimization , immediate shipping andenhance overall plantefficiency.
Should possessexcellent communication and coordination skill .

Required Qualifications forConsideration :

Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of three(3) years of experience in a Transportation or Logisticsindustry.

Experience with SAP and TMpreferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Officeproducts.

Critical problem-solvingskills

Experience summarizing results andproducing reports using advanced Microsoft Excelfunctions.

Ability to develop interactive workingrelationships with internal and externalcontacts.

Must be highly organized, can multi-task,have good time management skills and attention todetail.

Global approach and ability to workacross geographies andcultures.
