Location : Remote India / Bangalore

Support Hours : (IST daytime with a few hours overlapping PST until 10 AM PST (which is from 2 PM OR 3 PM IST to 11.30 pm IST))

Position 1 : Workday Financials Techno- Functional Consultant

Job Description :

Client is looking for Techno Functional Workday Financial consultant to support their existing Workday instance.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of Workday Financials experience
Application support experience and good communication skills are essential.
Core Workday Financials Expertise, AP / AR & Collections, Customer Deposits, Bank Payments & Reconciliations, Create / Modify Workday Reports, Knowledge of creating / updating business process, EIB Uploads

Position 2 : Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst

Key Skills : Workday Adaptive Planning, Security, Custom Reports, Dashboards, Calculated Fields, Functional Knowledge of Workday Financials, Workday HCM

Qualifications / Skills :

2+ years experience leading and deploying Workday / Adaptive implementations, supporting Workday Post Production, or as a client of Workday. Particularly in the following areas : Security, Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields

Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar - must understand and be able to read / talk to common financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)

Superb communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues in a global working environment.

Ability to prioritize and coordinate work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals within a remote / global setting.

Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas both within and outside of Workday.

Position 3 : Workato Integration Developer

Key Skills : Workato, MuleSoft, Designing and developing integrations using Workato and MuleSoft, Java, JavaScript, or Python, version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines, good understanding on GCP / AWS platform services, Familiarity with API design, ETL(Batch) Jobs, RESTful web services, and data formats (JSON, XML)

Job Description :

Experience in designing and developing integrations using Workato and MuleSoft.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Familiarity with API design, ETL(Batch) Jobs, RESTful web services, and data formats (JSON, XML).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Have good understanding on GCP / AWS platform services.

MuleSoft and Workato certifications (desired but not mandatory).
