Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to create engaging informational short and long form for Instagram Reels and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in video editing, subtitle integration, and music selection, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Transform raw footage into engaging and polished videos for platforms like YouTube, social media, and internal communications.
  • Add accurate and well-timed subtitles to enhance accessibility and engagement.
  • Select and integrate appropriate background music that complements the content.
  • Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines, technical standards, and maintain a high level of visual and narrative consistency.
  • Collaborate with content creators to understand the vision and objectives for each video.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

What You Should Have

  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After effects, Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of video production equipment and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Creativity and a passion for video editing and storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A strong portfolio or reel showcasing your video editing skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sense — cropping, color, symmetry, font choice.

    We are fine with remote. We prefer you coming to office 1-2 times a week, but are willing to make exceptions.

    Compensation

    4-7 LPA CTC with benefits.
