Short Department : Supply chain management

Location : Bangalore

Type of position : Third Party Contract

Age : between 25 to 30 Years

Education : Graduate, SCM certification will be an added advantage.

Total Experience : more than 3 years of relevant experience after graduation.

Preferred Companies : Automation, FMCG, FMCD

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of GRN sheet as per import shipments.
  • Actual GRN in ERP system.
  • GRN validation as per custom duty.
  • On-time vendor Bills verification and process with the Finance team.
  • Coordination with the Vendors on account reconciliation and collection of NDC.
  • Coordination with CHA and other vendors.
  • Order booking for warranty replacement and exclusive orders.
  • Proper documentation as per audit requirements & audit support.
  • Monthly MIS

Skills : -

  • Must have knowledge in inbound and outbound activities like GRN and dispatches.
  • Having knowledge on vendor bill management and collection of NDC
  • Experience in Automation industry / EXIM knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Performs all logistics activities required for movement of goods from overseas supplier to end customer across India. (Order management, vendor management, project management etc.)
  • knowledge of handling warehouse operations and able to classify goods as per
  • Coordination with CHA and other service provider.
  • Knowledge of product HSN code or understanding to cross-check the HSN code.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, Experience working in ERP (Preferably in JDE, Oracle).
  • Co-ordinate with distributors, wholesalers, salespeople, distribution centre.
  • Responsible for appropriate documentation in relation to movement of goods to and from the warehouse viz. GRNs, invoices, stock transfer notes, lorry receipts etc.
  • Should be excellent in coordination and communication.
  • Excellent in Time-management, good knowledge of Microsoft applications (like Outlook, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel and basic knowledge of Excel
