Purpose
Responsible for the purchase of new vehicles to include all makes models and specialty
vehicles such as buses. Additionally manage the client incentive OEM program and
responsibilities around managing reconciliation of pending incentive accounting.
Responsibilities
Assist in the overall purchasing of fleet vehicles (cars light trucks medium / heavy duty
trucks)
Work directly with the automobile manufacturers to facilitate the placement of factory
orders and enhance the relationships and maximize cost savings for clients
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document manage and
track vehicle orders
Review and quality check vehicle orders
Assist Fleet Acquisition Manager in all aspects of managing businesses portfolio of fleet
vehicles
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales Client Services Team Strategic Consulting) to
provide industry product knowledge and support as requested
Acquire and distribute product materials and incentives to the Regional Sales Manager
Assist Fleet Acquisition Manager in tracking Key Performance Indicators for
accountability purposes
Assist in the issuance tracking and follow up on dealer and upfit vendor purchase orders
and invoices
Respond and act on email correspondence to support entire ordering process of Client
Participate as a subject matter expert in all technology enhancement meetings to include
requirement gathering testing and production signoff
Other duties as requested to support the client and internal stakeholders in meeting
corporate goals

Experience
Extensive knowledge of OEM and Dealership operations to include experience with
manufacturer s incentive programs a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft products and experience using a CRM
