Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in computer science, business or similar field Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification End to end Project planning and coordination (Activities and Resources). Responsible for overall projects processes and deliverables. Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication and escalation management. Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports, and dashboards. Process and Service Improvements documentation and tracking action with internal teams. Escalate timely to next levels and ensure no slippage of task. Daily status reporting to Program Manager
