Proactively make outbound calls to the provided database to generate qualified leads for the company s products and services.
Identify and create new business opportunities by independently sourcing leads through online research referrals and networking.
Qualify potential prospects using established criteria and schedule followups or appointments for the sales team to drive conversions.
Respond to inbound inquiries efficiently converting them into viable leads to meet business objectives.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls interactions and followups in the CRM system to track progress and performance.
Manage additional responsibilities and adhoc tasks assigned by the marketing manager to support marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of tele calling efforts with broader marketing strategies and goals.
Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and weekly reports on tele calling activities lead generation outcomes and campaign performance.
Requirements
Preferred candidates should have a background in IT sales or possess a strong understanding of the IT distribution industry and its operations.
