Job Description
Roles & Responsibility : GM / AGM, Commercial Leasing
- Formulate and implement strategic leasing plans for commercial properties in Bangalore.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential tenants through direct outreach and collaboration with IPCs / Channel Partners.
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and negotiations to secure leasing deals.
- Oversee the entire leasing lifecycle, including deal structuring, LOI issuance, lease deed documentation, and closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term occupancy and retention.
- Work closely with IPCs, brokers, and marketing agencies to enhance project visibility and attract potential tenants.
- Prepare and share monthly inventory and leasing reports with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams to incorporate client requirements into commercial property layouts.
- Ensure timely handover of leased properties to the facility management team and address tenant concerns.
- Monitor residential sales team performance, analyze marketing effectiveness, and support led conversions where required.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in a related field.10+ Years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or corporate sales.Experience working with IPCs (International Property Consultants) and channel partners.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a client-centric approach.Knowledge of local real estate laws, lease documentation, compliance, and market trends.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate software.Requirements
