Job Description

Roles & Responsibility : GM / AGM, Commercial Leasing

  • Formulate and implement strategic leasing plans for commercial properties in Bangalore.
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential tenants through direct outreach and collaboration with IPCs / Channel Partners.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and negotiations to secure leasing deals.
  • Oversee the entire leasing lifecycle, including deal structuring, LOI issuance, lease deed documentation, and closures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term occupancy and retention.
  • Work closely with IPCs, brokers, and marketing agencies to enhance project visibility and attract potential tenants.
  • Prepare and share monthly inventory and leasing reports with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate with architects and project teams to incorporate client requirements into commercial property layouts.
  • Ensure timely handover of leased properties to the facility management team and address tenant concerns.
  • Monitor residential sales team performance, analyze marketing effectiveness, and support led conversions where required.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ Years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or corporate sales.
  • Experience working with IPCs (International Property Consultants) and channel partners.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws, lease documentation, compliance, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate software.
