Job Profile Overview :

Should be inherently a Results-Driven High-Achiever. Should be on top of his / her Professional knowledge base and Flexible and Adaptable to new Technologies / Processes / Operating Systems Passion for meeting the Pre-determined Key Performance Indicators both Quantitatively and Qualitatively should be the hallmark for this position.
Knowledge-&-Experience of Bio Process operations (both Microbial & Mammalian) should be the pre-requisite for this position. Additionally, the Incumbent should be well versed in Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) of Fermentation processes in particular and Bio Processing in general.
Should assist the Manager (BPE) in maintaining a Healthy and Competitive atmosphere within the Team and should never shy away from objective feedback to the Manager on slippages and / or errors in the expected deliverables / performances.
It is essential for the Incumbent to posses an aptitude to excel and surpass benchmarks set.

Education Qualification : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.

Years of Experience : 2-3 Yrs

Accountable and Responsible for :

Thorough in Chemical Engineering principles ( Heat-&-Mass Balance , Pump Hydraulics , Line Sizing , Heat Exchanger designing, control valve sizing and selection -&- knowledge of Instruments .

Conversant in Principles-&-Design of Cleaning in Place (CIP) inclusive of selection-&-sizing of Spray Balls . Proficient in preparing a Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID ) in AUTO-CAD / Plant3D .

Knowledge of & Experience in d Bought-out components of Biopharma operations.
