The Position
Job Summary :
Ensures payroll and / or time reporting is processed with speed and accuracy, auditing employee pay and / or time records and reconciling totals as needed. Administers the company's benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements. Documents payroll / time / benefits processes and procedures; Serves as liaison to employees and with third party payroll / time / benefits vendors to ensure payroll / time / benefits processing accurately reflects company specific policies. Interprets pay / time / benefits policies and ensures appropriate amounts / deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly. Verifies compliance with country payroll / time / benefits legal / tax reporting requirements; stays current with changes in the law. May assist with audits of internal records, tax filings, etc and related documentation.
