Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.
Salesforce Administration : Support the administration and enhancement of Salesforce systems, including configurations and system optimizations.
Customization and Integration : Customize Salesforce features, workflows, and reports, integrating them with other business applications as needed.
Problem-Solving : Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions in the Salesforce environment.
Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other development teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Performance Optimization : Ensure that the Salesforce environment is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
Documentation : Document technical specifications, development processes, and best practices to maintain a high standard of project quality.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments and technologies to ensure the solutions we build are cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience in Salesforce.com Development, with expertise in Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.

Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, including system enhancements and configurations.

Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning components, and other native Salesforce technologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce certifications (e.g. , Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
