Field Sales Specialist

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting different locations within Pune City to onboard fashion stores, generate leads, manage inventory, and catalog products. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, manage time effectively, and drive sales.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Onboard fashion stores : Visit different locations within Pune city six days a week to identify and onboard fashion stores to join the FadFocus platform. Present and demonstrate the benefits of FadFocus to store owners and managers. Assist store owners with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the platform. Also, work on getting customers to download mobile app.

2. Generate leads / prospects : Identify and generate leads / prospects through various methods such as field visits, networking, and referrals. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into customers. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales.

3. Inventory management and cataloging : Collaborate with vendors to manage inventory, ensuring accurate tagging of products. Assist in the cataloging of products, including capturing product details , descriptions, and images. Ensure that the product catalog is up-to-date and reflects current inventory levels.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Familiarity with inventory management and product cataloging processes.

6. Willingness to travel within the city six days a week.

7. Passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends.

8. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

9. Previous experience working with local fashion stores or in the fashion industry is advantageous.
