Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Analytics team. This role is crucial in developing response rate models and measuring campaign performance for our consumer and small business banking products. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in banking analytics, with a strong background in statistical modeling and campaign evaluation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Response Rate Modeling : Develop and refine statistical models to predict response rates for marketing campaigns. Utilize techniques such as logistic regression, decision trees, and machine learning algorithms to enhance model accuracy.
- Campaign Performance Measurement : Design and implement methodologies to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate ROI and overall impact.
- Data Analysis : Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign strategies and improve response rates
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to integrate analytics into marketing strategies. Ensure alignment with business goals and effective use of analytical models.
- Model Validation : Continuously monitor and validate model performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) is a plus.Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking analytics, with a focus on response rate modeling and campaign performance measurement.Modeling Skills : Expertise in developing and implementing statistical models and predictive analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.Technical Skills : Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms.Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights. Skilled in statistical analysis and data interpretation.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
