ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position : - Enterprise Endpoint Administrator
The Enterprise Endpoint Administrator is critical for managing and supporting enterprise-wide endpoint devices, in support of business objectives. The Enterprise Endpoint Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the device life cycle, including coordination with user groups to identify solutions that improve business processes, implement process and system changes, and provide system training and other user-focused activities. The Enterprise Endpoint Administrator will plan and manage the installation of application and operating system upgrades and other systems changes across our organization.
We are looking for a proficient candidate with good hands-on Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and should have completed at least 2 Microsoft Intune projects implementation and Administration (Required) and at least 1 Auto Pilot project (Preferred) independently. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on enterprise endpoint device management required.
Infrastructure General
- Strong understanding of Windows server operating systems / / , Windows client operating systems 10 / 11, Mac OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Networking concepts and TCP / IP Protocols
- Strong hands-on Knowledge on Azure Active Directory, Office , Azure AD connect, Conditional Access and Microsoft Licensing concepts (Preferred)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and methodologies
Microsoft Intune
Manages and maintains unified endpoint management system and processes, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and operating efficiently.Manages and maintains business productivity applications and desktop operating systems (Microsoft , Windows OS, macOS, etc.), ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and operating efficiently.Oversees the full deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices, including physical and virtual desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.Provides technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint devices.Collaborates with IT and business teams to understand application and device requirements and ensure they are met.Implements and enforces security policies and procedures for applications, operating systems, and endpoint devices.Monitors system performance and makes recommendations for improvements.Creates and maintains documentation for system and asset inventory, configurations, processes, and procedures.Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices.Responsible for improving Intune service management processes availability, security, and compliance.Strong Hands-on knowledge of Intune – Mobile Application Management, Device Profile Management, User Management, Device Life Cycle ManagementAbility to work with IOS and Android SDK (Preferred)Hands on experience in Auto PilotGood Knowledge of Bit-Locker AdministrationAbility to Deploy Native Microsoft Software, Microsoft Software updates, Custom Applications to user computers / Laptops, Mobile Devices using Microsoft Intune.Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong complex problem-solving skills.Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and design sessions.Work with client stakeholders to document baseline, current state, and Service Delivery operations.Microsoft System Center Configuration
Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure components, including Central Administration Site (CAS), primary sites, distribution points, management points, software update points, Cloud Management Gateway (CMG), and CMG connection points.Expertise in SCCM architecture, including task sequences, site hierarchy design, role configuration, boundary groups, and content distribution.In-depth knowledge of SCCM features and functionalities, such as software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, and reporting.Create custom reports and dashboards to monitor SCCM infrastructure performance, client health, software deployments, and compliance status.Optimization of SCCM Site Servers and Knowledge in Disaster Recovery using SCCM BackupsPlan and schedule the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and applications software.Proficiency in creating SQL and WQL queries.Run queries and reports against SCCM database for software and hardware inventory, running them and export to a CSV files.Certifications
