Job description

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Search campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.

Job Description : Key Accountabilities

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Paid Search.
  • Ensure that your client’s goals are met.
  • Independently carry out day to day optimisation & maximisation.
  • Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis. Check data to ensure accuracy at every stage.
  • Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard, on time and in line with agency values.
  • Be responsible for quality of all work output for your accounts, ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice.
  • Contribute to client meetings.
  • Respond to client and client services contacts within appropriate time scales.
  • Continually review and suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs.
  • Accurately forecast potential delivery and ROI for existing clients.
  • Support with new business pitches

Qualifications

  • Understand trends in results data, providing commentary and actions. Investigate variances in results using relevant industry tools, providing the 'why' and potential remedies.
  • Quality control of the output of juniors and interns.
  • Always embodying our values and behaviours.
  • A strong understanding of how to use 3rd party SEM tools such as Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Adobe, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Editor is preferred but not required.
