The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Search campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.

Job Description : Key Accountabilities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Paid Search.
- Ensure that your client’s goals are met.
- Independently carry out day to day optimisation & maximisation.
- Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis. Check data to ensure accuracy at every stage.
- Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard, on time and in line with agency values.
- Be responsible for quality of all work output for your accounts, ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice.
- Contribute to client meetings.
- Respond to client and client services contacts within appropriate time scales.
- Continually review and suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs.
- Accurately forecast potential delivery and ROI for existing clients.
- Support with new business pitches
Qualifications
Understand trends in results data, providing commentary and actions. Investigate variances in results using relevant industry tools, providing the 'why' and potential remedies.Quality control of the output of juniors and interns.Always embodying our values and behaviours.A strong understanding of how to use 3rd party SEM tools such as Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Adobe, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Editor is preferred but not required.
