Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Visit colleges and educational institutions regularly to pitch company offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Deans, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the education sector
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and other educational forums
  • Prepare and present business proposals, demos, and presentations
  • Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery of services / products
  • Maintain a detailed record of field visits, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales (education sector preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure
  • Familiarity with local colleges and universities is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
