Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End IT Recruitment : Manage the entire hiring process for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract top IT talent through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Technical Screening : Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and suitability for roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Research : Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Database & Pipeline Management : Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure hiring processes adhere to company policies and provide regular hiring reports.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.If you have a passion for connecting top IT talent with exciting opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
