Job Description : Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Hiring

Location : Chennai

Experience : 3 Years to 6 Years

Employment Type : Direct Contract (Conversion based on Performance)

Key Responsibilities :

  • End-to-End IT Recruitment : Manage the entire hiring process for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract top IT talent through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Technical Screening : Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and suitability for roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Database & Pipeline Management : Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Compliance & Reporting : Ensure hiring processes adhere to company policies and provide regular hiring reports.

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
