Job Description
Managing corporate governance matters, including board meetings, annual general meetings, and other company secretarial duties.
Maintain statutory registers, filings, and compliance documentation in accordance with relevant regulations.
Provide guidance and support to the board of directors on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and director's duties and responsibilities.
Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders including shareholders, regulatory authorities, government agencies, industry associations.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents including contracts, agreements.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders.
Assist in managing legal risks and resolving legal issues in a timely and effective manner.
Stay updated on changes in legislation, case law, and regulatory requirements affecting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The Successful Applicant
A successful company should have :
At least 7 to 10 years of overall experience.
Candidate should come with experience dealing with the Beverages & Alcohol - FMCG industry.
