About the Role :
We are seeking an energetic and goaldriven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role requires experience in engaging with standalone clinics and chemists driving product availability and establishing strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors in clinics and chemists / pharmacists.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and the chemist network to generate consistent product demand.
- Activate and manage the chemist channel ensuring visibility and product availability at all distribution points.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and meet assigned sales targets.
- Provide product information samples and demonstrations to doctors and pharmacists.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales strategies to market changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to support sales initiatives and ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales reports and performance data.
Requirements :
Experience : 13 years in pharmaceutical sales preferably with experience working with clinics and chemists.Proven ability to activate and manage the chemist channel for product distribution.Education : Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).Skills :Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close sales effectively.Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills.Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.Benefits :
