Ensure “first-time right approach” on all developments / support.
Your Role
As a member of the API & Integration Support team, your responsibility is to answer customer support requests regarding their API, proxy APIs on API gateways and Integration flows. You will work closely with the development team to solve issues and relay user feedback to the team.
To be successful, you must have a customer oriented mindset and knowledge of the core API and Integration principles.
This role will involve some travel for business from time to time and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your Responsibilities / Tasks
Work in a small and self-sufficient multi-disciplinary team responsible for product support
Assist users of the API & Integration Platform
Be in charge of answering support tickets
Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to identify improvements
Propose improvements of the platform through features and automation based on his / her experience and the feedback he / she gets from users
This role will involve working in CET and IST time zone as per project requirements
Qualifications
Must have
User oriented mindset
Problem solving skills
Experience in API development and Integration
Exposure in middleware solutions on Mulesoft
Knowledge on AnyPoint Exchange, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, Connectors, MUnit, App specific connectors, CXF, Mule ESB, CloudHub, AMC, API Gateway
Experience with designing and implementing APIs, RESTful and SOAP-based Web-services
Strong coding abilities using JAVA or Python and related frameworks.
Knowledge in Development tools : source control, scripting (linux or windows), IDE (Anypoint studio, Eclipse, Atom, PyCharm, VisualStudioCode)
Knowledge of ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
Experience in maintaining and updating a complex knowledge base
Unwavering commitment to operational security and best practices
Good communication Skills and experience in customer interactions
Experience in international work environment
Nice to have
Knowledge in some of the following tools : Jira, Confluence, Github, Jenkins
Former experience as a support Engineer
Familiarity with Cloud principles
Advanced level of French would be a bonus
Skills on Amazon Web Services would be a plus
