Network Security Band : B3 Location : Offshore (Gurgaon) Shift Timings- 06 : 00 PM to 3 : 30 AM Job Summary Network Security team is responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining the security devices for client like firewalls, proxy, Web Application Firewall, Network Access Control. The position involves independently designing, deployment, configuration management as well as integrations with some third-party tools. He should work in implementing best practices related to network security along with updating documentation. Responsibilities Hands on Experience on Zscaler Cloud Proxy ZIA, ZPA Z App and other features Manage and Troubleshoot Zscaler App portal by creating Application Control and Web Control policies. Work in shift environment along with Teams across internal and external stakeholders to support and execute security. Maintain policy set, Application segments. Segment group, connectors for ZPA. Review, Manage and Optimize Zscaler policies for external access (ZIA) and Internal Access (ZPA) as needed to enhance security with business continuity. Management of Device groups, templates, firewalls locally and via Panorama. Evaluating log files from different sources such as network traffic logs, firewall logs and several others to investigate the issues reported. Analyzing Wireshark / Fiddler capture files to investigate the issues. Managing Security / NAT policies, Firewall upgrade, addition / removal from panorama. Skills Required Mandatory : Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA) - Must Palo Alto Good to Have : Terraform Cloudflare AWS / Azure Splunk Excellent communication and organizational skills Drive to improve systems and processes through a sense of shared ownership Zscaler Web Security
