The Role

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Create and manage project plans and technical implementation strategy
  • Closely monitor and review project progress and timelines
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project execution
  • Adjust schedules and plans as needed to ensure project success
  • Ensure on-time delivery of projects while adhering to project gates and governance
  • Manage day-to-day execution of project / task implementations
  • Assist with planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables.
  • Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects.
  • Facilitate review sessions with the Business and IT cross-functional team.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.
  • Manage UAT with end users, including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.

Ideal Profile

  • You have working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Laravel, Angular JS, ReactJS and Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.

    • Required Candidate Qualifications / Skills :

  • Must have managed one or two small projects or multiple small to medium-sized projects requiring complex cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must have handled client communication on at least 1client projects, domestic and international
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in similar capacity
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems requirements, implementation, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
  • Strong technical and non-technical project management skills.
  • Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Technical expertise in following : PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Laravel, Angular JS, ReactJS
  • Preferred Technical Expertise : Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
