Process Analyst - Healthcare Automation
About the Role : We're seeking a talented Process Analyst to join our Healthcare Automation team. In this role, you'll analyze complex healthcare processes, identify automation opportunities, and help develop innovative RPA solutions (UI Path) that transform healthcare operations.
What You'll Do :
- Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation of healthcare workflows
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather requirements and understand pain points
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and detailed documentation
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities with clear ROI calculations
- Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop business cases and value propositions for automation initiatives
- Guide process standardization and optimization efforts
- Support implementation and change management activities
