We're searching for a highly motivated Process Excellence Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming agent and merchant experience. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process excellence for Customer Success team
Here's what you'll do :
- Champion of Process Transformation : Design and implement a governance framework for process ownership, establishing clear SOPs and continuous improvement
- Change Management : Change planning and management for deployment of re-designed processes
- Process Architect : Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Roadmap to Success : Create and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap for process enhancements and new process development.
- Automation Advocate : Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas where automation can streamline operations, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency.
- Process Optimization Expert : Leverage business optimization and innovation tools and applications, to analyze, redesign, and re-engineer business processes for improved efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Content creation and Management : Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive SOPs and manage a centralized knowledge base to improve process efficiency and team knowledge

Proven Track Record : Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Excellence practitioner and a total experience of 5 yearsStakeholder management : Experience managing stakeholdersTechnical Expertise : Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, statistical tools, and quality & process re-engineering principles.Change Agent : Proven skills in program management and change management, with expertise in driving adoption of new processes and technologies.Communication Master : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.Collaborative Spirit : Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a high energy level, confidence, and assertiveness.
