ETL Data Integration Specialist - Workday

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced ETL Consultant.

The ideal candidate would have experience in large and global programs specializing in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, with a focus on SQL and integration with Workday and Workforce platforms.

The role would be offered on a remote basis, but only to candidates who are based in India / APAC.

Desired skills :

• 6-10 years of experience in ETL development and data migration.
• Strong expertise in SQL (including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Workday and / or Workforce data structures and integration processes.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SQL or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of HR data models and payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
