Job Title : Technical IT Trainer
Location : Bangalore / Pune
Experience : 7Yrs to 12Yrs

- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good technical skills and understanding of product release life cycle.
- Ability to quickly learn, multi-task and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, commitment, initiative, collaboration, and creativity.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
- Experience explaining complex topics to a novice audience
- Experience in designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, video
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, front-line managers, and front-line employees
- Knowledge of software development using any stack is preferred.
