Job Summary
We are Business Consultancy providing business processes as a service to our clients. We are looking for an HR professional to work with us for our client. The position will support the daily HR operations, which involves handling payroll preparation, employee engagement and data management for our HRMS. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and execute daily HR functions and processes
- Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process
- Coordinate the probation confirmations
- Assist in payroll, leave and claim preparation for finance team.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances
- Issue offer and employment letters
- Maintain employee records for audit purposes
- Data entry for the HRMS, ensuring that all employee information is up-to-date and accurate
- Support the team in employee engagement events to enhance workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and align HR processes including government surveys.
