Job location : Sambalpur Brahmapur Bhubaneswar / Cuttack Balasore Rayagada

Roles and Responsibilities :

Stakeholder Management in the project.

Invoice Submission & Payment collection follow up.

Patient data collection from the healthcare facilities (Spoke & HUB).

Tracking of patients post intervention.

Patient data entry in the registry.

Coordinate day to day activities to meet project objectives.

Ready to travel across adjacent districts.

Regular onsite visits to analyze any gaps that may arise in the implementations.

Preparation of reports required by internal or external stakeholders.

Installation of the Machines.

Educate and train customers on use of machines software and application.

Attending Break down Calls and Troubleshooting

First Time Resolution of the machines handled.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Collect record and maintain the right data to meet project objectives.

Closely working with the local client centers to achieve the desired goal.

Brainstorm with the internal team on ways to address gaps that may arise.

Support the operational aspects of product implementation and development.

Skill Set (Technical and Soft skills) :

Min 2 years experience in a healthcare institution.

Experience in Health Tech or Public health sectors is extremely advantageous.

Understanding the Healthcare market is a plus.

Strong MS Office Skills (PowerPoint Word Excel) and IT Literacy.

Resilient team play who is willing to adapt to the changing priorities of the business.

Excellent verbal and efficient written communication demonstrating confidence in a clientfacing role.

Ability to foster collaborative relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

Expected Educational Qualification :

Any Graduate

BSc Nursing / B.pharm (Preferable)

Desired Candidate Profile :

Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

Good communication and customer service skills

Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Ethical and trustworthy.

Having a valid Driving License and a bike.

Education

Bachelors Degree
