Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through

Corporate / government clients in international markets. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement

processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful sales in the international arena.

Responsibilities :

  • Knowledge of some international territories and experience in international sales
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with agencies and officials in target international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, legal, and product development) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and contract development with Corporate / government clients, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about political and economic developments that may impact international sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to government clients, showcasing our products / services and addressing their specific needs.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using our CRM system.
  • Travel internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all CXO levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Willingness to travel.
