Service Designer / Process Consultant - 3 Month Contract - Extensions Available

Day Rate up to $200 with some flex

Paritas is partnered with a leading IT Consultancy who are looking to add the below profile to their team in India on an initial 3-Month Contract.

A Service Designer / Process Consultant is required to support a Data Reconciliation and Improvement project for a key client. The role requires as-is processes to be understood and documented through workshops and interviews with key stakeholders, prior to supporting the development of ‘to-be’ processes and complementary service designs.

The ideal candidate will analyse existing processes, and identify key blockers and potential improvements before designing innovative service journeys that will address the underlying causes of the data inconsistencies currently being experienced by the client.

Key Skills and Technologies :

• Proven process expertise, with experience in process mapping, process analysis and optimisation.
• Proven experience in service design, including user research and journey mapping.
• Familiarity with design and collaboration platforms such as Figma, Mural or Miro.
• Familiarity with process modelling tools such as BPMN or Visio.
• Understanding of digital transformation and agile methodologies, as well as experience working in ADO.
• Ability to lead workshops and interview senior client stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Knowledge of human-centred design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work across diverse teams.
