Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of department heads and other staff to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive company growth, profitability, and market share within the modular furniture segment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of production, logistics, and supply chain management for modular furniture.
- Implement and enforce safety and environmental policies within manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales of modular furniture products.
- Oversee sales teams and work to build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Develop annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
- Lead the development of new products, from concept to launch, in collaboration with the design and R&D teams.
