What You'll Do
We're looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to be the first line of help for our users. You'll handle support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and build out our Help Center using written guides and AI-generated videos when needed. You’ll be working closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to share feedback and improve the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries quickly and clearly via chat / email, if necessary, jump on a call / meeting
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to domains, DNS, sender setup, campaign flows, etc.
- Identify recurring issues and turn them into help articles or video walkthroughs
- Use AI tools to create video tutorials
- Keep our Help Center updated with step-by-step guides and FAQs
- Share user feedback and feature requests with the product team
- Contribute ideas to improve support operations and user experience
- Regularly use tools / platforms like Gleap
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a SaaS support role (email deliverability experience is a plus)Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visualComfortable with tools like Gleap, Loom, Notion, and AI video generatorsSelf-starter mindset—you’re resourceful and like solving problemsAbility to explain technical concepts in a simple, friendly wayFamiliarity with DNS records, domain setup, and Google Workspace is a bonusWhy Join Manyreach?
