We are looking for Store Manager for Kerala Location

Locations : Kerala (Cochin & Trivandrum)

Roles & Responsibility :

Store Operations :

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain accurate reports to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure the availability and proper planning of stock to meet customer demands.

Performance Management & Team Leadership :

  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve performance objectives.
  • Conduct team briefings, reviews, and ensure clear communication of goals and expectations.
  • Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism.
  • Foster a healthy and collaborative work environment while leading by example.

    • Customer Experience :

  • Deliver the right mix of products and services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Possess excellent customer handling and communication skills to build long-term relationships.

    • Visual Merchandising :

  • Ensure the store layout and displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.

    • Market Intelligence :

  • Gather timely and accurate market insights and trends to support business growth.
  • Leverage market intelligence to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.

    • Audits & Compliance :

  • Ensure strict adherence to store audits, quality checks, and timely deliveries.

    • Be a Role Model :

  • Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the business.
  • Uphold and model company values and professional standards at all times.

    • Qualifications & Skills

    Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years in premium brand retail, upmarket stores, or as in luxury retail chains.
  • Experience in electronics or a related field is highly desirable.

    • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing escalations and maintaining customer satisfaction.

    • Technical Knowledge :

  • Knowledge of stock planning, inventory management, and SOP adherence.
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems and business reporting tools.
