At Flinjobs , we assist job seekers by applying to jobs on their behalf, ensuring they never miss an opportunity. As a Career Associate , you’ll act as a Wingman for our clients, helping them navigate the competitive job market.

What You’ll Do :

  • Apply to jobs on behalf of our clients, tailoring applications to maximize success
  • Assist clients in tracking applications and managing follow-ups
  • Optimize resumes and cover letters for different roles
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the job search process

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in job search platforms like , Indeed, and company career pages
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients’ applications efficiently

    • Compensation & Work Hours :

  • 7,500 – ₹10,000 per month ( Part-time role, based on experience & performance )
  • 3 - 4 hours of work per day (Flexible timing, remote work)
