What we are looking for

Role : Genesys Architect

Experience Range : 10 - 20 Years

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Mumbai

Must Have :

Design and development experience in genesys cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
Experience in genesys cloud CX administration configuration and implementation
Experence creating dashnoards for monitoring queue activity agent perfomance and interaction
Strong expericence in genesys cloud admin and configuration including contact center telephony routing . Inbound, outbound, email and chat routing.
Experience installation and configuration of API through genesys APPFoundry.
Troubleshooting experience
Genesys cloud certification

Good to Have :

Genesys APIs

Genesys on prem frame work

Genesys on prem inbound and outbound design and implementation

Genesys on prem roubleshooting experience

Essential :

Design and configure Genesys contact center solutions based on business requirements

Install, configure and maintain Genesys applications in production and development environments

Implement and customize Genesys call routing and queuing.

Troubleshoot and resole technical issue related to Genesys system and infrastructure

Stay updated with the latest Genesys feature and technologies

Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels of technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-country / time zone environment.

Minimum Qualification :

15 years of full-time education

Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
