Job Purpose :

The role of Regional Marketing Manager role will be responsible for leading the marketing for the region by organizing and supporting all marketing support activities to Regional business teams across sales, service, dealer development and Rides in line with organizational strategy

Key Responsibilities :

  • Primary trade marketing support to India regional business teams across sales, Service, dealer development and rides to provide close marketing support & strategic interventions across all their interfaces to drive enquiry & customer satisfaction.
  • Primary custodian in building & executing the annual regional promotional calendar (in-search / intender) as per brand tenets provided by head office, across Above the Line (ATL) / Blow the line (BTL) channels in conjunction with Business / Public Relations / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Rides teams delivering annual business funnels (marketwise & model wise)
  • Ensure Strict adherence to brand guidelines across all consumer touch points within the region as prescribed by head office (lead for regional event associations / sponsorships / product placements)
  • Analyzing Monthly MIS data and conversion funnels and reporting
  • Ownership of Zonal Strategic Business Plan (SBP) budget & Adherence to spends- monthly phasing of advertising & promotion
  • To identify and nurture suitable BTL agency partners / vendors to drive the customer engagement strategy & conduct BTL events / promotions across targeted markets and touch points in order to deliver the strategic job to be done for each customer segment
  • Overall custodian of the marketing / business funnel for the region - at both product level as well as state level
  • Resident expert of the region's business landscape for Royal Enfield (RE) and competition, with ready insights / data on competitor spends, impact of new launches in the segment, headroom opportunities for key RE models

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Full Time) - Any Specialization

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Experience

  • 5-7 years experience
  • Min 4 years working experience in Marketing BTL activations
  • Experience of working in Niche product industry / segment
