We're looking for a smart, resourceful, and execution-focused generalist to join the Founder’s Office at a fast-moving U.S.-based company. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder on everything from high-level strategy to hands-on execution across business functions.
You’ll be the go-to person for special projects, business operations, research, and problem-solving—acting as a true extension of the founder. If you're a highly organized, solutions-oriented self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute high-priority projects across operations, strategy, growth, partnerships, and more.
- Act as a thought partner to the founder , contributing to decision-making and long-term planning.
- Streamline business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the company.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and market understanding.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders , keeping things on track and aligned.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Own execution of tasks that don’t have a clear owner but are critical to progress.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g., startups, consulting, strategy, operations, VC / PE).Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. You represent the founder’s voice with clarity and polish.Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.Analytical and data-savvy , comfortable with Excel / Sheets, dashboards, and turning insights into action.Proactive, independent, and resourceful – you anticipate needs before they arise.Comfortable working U.S. hours , remotely.
