Job description

Position : Data Science - Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / M. Tech

Experience : 2-6 years (full time, excluding internships)

Notice period : Immediate-30days (only NP serving candidates)

Key Technologies / Stack

  • Python
  • ML Algorithms - Scikit, Tree based Algorithms
  • Experience in forecasting, recommender systems, route

optimization, supply chain planning, or related areas is highly

desirable.

  • Docker, Kubernetes, Devops
  • Web API Development , Javascript, HTML / CSS

    • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Drives the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of smart, innovative Data based

    • solutions to optimize business processes.

  • Create innovative solutions and IP for the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to

    • drive business solutions.

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models for

    • predictive and prescriptive analytics.

  • Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform

    • business decisions.

  • Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and improve model performance.
  • Tackles high-level challenges and balances quality software with speed.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and

    • compelling data visualizations and presentations.

    Skill Sets :

  • Up to date with BigData, Data Science, AI / ML algorithms, frameworks, developments

    • and innovations.

  • Good Computer Science fundamentals on Data structures, algorithms, handling

    • mathematics and statistics.

  • Experience in forecasting, recommender systems, route optimization, supply chain

    • planning, or related areas is highly desirable.

  • Good understanding of Software design and engineering practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau) and SQL databases.
  • Sharp analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
  • High levels of creativity and teamwork culture.
  • Continuous Learning- willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Communication : Appropriate and effective communication to others, articulate your

    • problems, solutions and ideas, communicate issues in a timely manner.
