PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Team Lead - Process & Quality is required to provide process and quality assurance support to projects in a CBU. The team member is responsible to work with the Project Owner & Delivery team to come up with Project specific process, Participate in Project reviews (internal / customer), Track the metrics and project health and reporting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Participate in receiving, analysing and improving Customer satisfaction, reduce customer complaints and customer reported defectsParticipate and contribute in Customer status calls, customer reviews from Process & Quality perspectiveDerive PPQA plan for CBU projects, perform, monitor and report the activities to the concerned. Should have supported 8-10 project as SQA or Process SupportContribute / Drive to Quality reviews and improvement initiatives within the CBUParticipate / Contribute in Operational Reviews, Internal team meetingsSupport POs and PMs in Process tailoring, Planning, Estimation, Risks management and Reviews.Ensure Project’s adherence to QMS and Projects’ defined software processes through health reviews & compliance reviews / audits. Provide early alert and right insight to the managementDefine metrics for the projects. Track periodically and publish to managementReview project planning documents and engineering artifacts to ensure First Time Right / Quality at sourceAssist PO / PM in process tailoing and establishing project's software development process based on SLK process and customer / project specific requirementsCome up with practical and innovative thoughts for optimization / efficiency improvementActively participate in nominated training programmesEDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Bachelor of Engineering (any discipline) or MCACertifications : CSQA, CSM, Six Sigma (Green Belt), ITIL (All Desired)MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Overall (in years) : 2-3 yearsRelevant (in years) : 1-2 yearsDOMAIN / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Awareness on Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Energy & Utilities DomainKnowledge on SDLC (Waterfal, Iterative, Agile etc.) and various Quality Models / Framework (CMMI, ISO)Knowledge on Quality Assurance, Control and Improvement activitiesShould possess good communication skills (Oral & Written)Ability to manage a team and interact with PO / PMProficient use of ALM tools like Version One, TFS, MS office tools like MS Excel
