Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary : $800

Performance-Based Variable : Up to $300 / month (based on KPIs and engagement success)

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with businesses that may be using unlicensed software and guide them toward compliance.
  • Manage the full engagement process , from initial outreach to resolution.
  • Analyze data from compliance and piracy investigations, updating CRM systems and tracking progress.
  • Develop lead management strategies , using external sources to improve customer outreach.
  • Work closely with internal teams , providing insights and supporting process improvements.
  • Conduct outreach via inbound / outbound calls, emails, and video conferences to drive engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or tech-driven outreach (experience in Software Compliance or Piracy is REQUIRED!).
  • Fluent in English – Strong communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
  • Sales and negotiation mindset – Able to handle objections and drive engagement.
  • Experience with omni-channel programs – Calls, emails, video, and written communication.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills – Familiarity with managing data and reports.
  • Tech-savvy – Able to research leads, use CRM tools, and analyze engagement strategies.
  • Resilient & adaptable – Comfortable handling objections and working in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven & goal-oriented – Focused on achieving KPIs and exceeding expectations.
