Job Description

• Reviewing incoming claims details and updating missing / incorrect data into client systems
• Preferred knowledge of the London Market insurance industry, having knowledge of Claims process
• Interpret necessary information for completing assigned tasks
• Indexing and filing of documents electronically on client systems
• Contact relevant parties to obtain missing information (as necessary)
• Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid negative business (process or financial) impact
