Job Title : Warehouse Executive

Location : Guwahati, Assam, India

Company : RSA Global

Experience : 5+ years

Key Responsibilities :

  • End-to-End Warehouse Operations : Overall responsibility for the entire warehouse floor, managing all processes from inbound receiving to outbound shipping. This includes :
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods.
  • Accurate storage and inventory management.
  • Order picking and packing.
  • Shipment preparation and dispatch.
  • Daily Planning and Execution : Developing and implementing daily operational plans to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitoring and adjusting plans as needed to meet changing demands.
  • Inventory Management : Conducting daily cycle counts and physical inventory (PI) checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS) : Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all internal and external MIS reports.
  • Generating and analyzing warehouse performance data.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Preparing monthly KPI reports to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring and achieving set KPI targets.
  • SAP ERP Proficiency : Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and experience in using SAP ERP solutions for warehouse management.
  • This includes transactions related to inventory, goods movement, and reporting.
  • Safety Officer : Serving as the designated safety officer for the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
  • This includes conducting safety training, performing safety inspections, and implementing safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in using SAP ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills.
