About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Planning Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring the usability and performance of the o9 platform post-implementation.

You will work closely with customers to address complex supply chain challenges, resolve issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Expertise :

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the o9 platform, including its technical architecture, business value, and best practices for supply chain solutions.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for platform-level upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.

Issue Resolution :

  • Maintain solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data loads and validate end-to-end workflows.

    • Design and Configuration :

  • Identify and resolve design issues in the existing setup in coordination with other o9 consultants.
  • Configure the o9 platform to address customer enhancement requests and solve complex operational and supply chain challenges.

    • Testing and Troubleshooting :

  • Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases.
  • Monitor, debug, and resolve bugs and issues using the support tools.

    • Training and Support :

  • Provide training for Super Users and End Users globally.
  • Actively improve internal processes and contribute to product feature development based on customer feedback.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience and Education :

    Experience : Minimum of 3+ years in implementing supply chain planning applications (o9 experience - preferred).

    Education : Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fields (B. Tech / BE / MCA / M. Tech).

    Technical and Domain Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including :
  • Demand Management
  • Distribution Planning
  • Master Planning
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Proficiency in analyzing and processing large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with workflow creation, data analytics, and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain analytics tools and systems is an advantage.

    • Soft Skills :

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer expectations.

    Ability to lead by example and demonstrate both product and domain expertise.

    Strong problem-solving skills, complemented by intuition for prioritizing high-value opportunities or mitigating risks.

    Adaptability to work under pressure and deliver results in challenging situations
