Roles and Responsibilities
Data handling by Excel, Access.
Knowledge of Macro -added advantage.
Data analysis.
Coordinate with sales team & other departments to resolve customer queries.
Prepare KPI reports.
Salesforce support.
Support daily, weekly & monthly review meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent hands-on experience of Excel, Access, other data handling tools.
High customer satisfaction by timely & accurate resolution of customer queries.
