Customer Support Associate

Salary : ₹17,000 to ₹22,000 per month

Location : Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

Experience : 1 to 3 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process (Fresh candidates will be considered if they have fluency in English)

Qualifications :

  • Excellent fluency in English
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO or Customer Support voice process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities :

1. Respond to Customer Queries :   Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately through phone, email, or chat.

2. Identify Customer Needs : Understand customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.

3. Product Malfunction Analysis : Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios or impersonating users.

4. Database Updates : Update internal databases with information regarding technical issues and valuable customer discussions.

5. Communication of New Features : Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

6. Issue Resolution Follow-Up :   Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their technical issues.

7. Customer Feedback : Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

8.Training Assistance : Assist in the training of junior Customer Support Representatives.

Requirements

  • Experience :  1   to 5 years in Bpo / Customer Support voice process
  • Candidate Should have excellent fluency in English
  • Requirements

    MBA in Logistics. 0 to 2 years of experience in logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
