Job Description
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day service activities for Die Cutters (DC) and Folder Gluers (FLT) field operations. Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with the service team and product heads, ensuring Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and follow-ups are documented and tracked. Maintain service call data accurately in both CRM and ERP systems. Collaborate with field engineers to track job status and ensure timely updates to internal teams and customers. Support the Service Manager in verifying travel schedules and expense claims, ensuring they align with company policies and obtaining necessary approvals. Collect and log post-service feedback from customers to improve service quality and efficiency. Coordinate timely responses to customer escalations and ensure proper follow-through to resolution. Act as a central point of contact for all service-related coordination and documentation. Desired Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering background is an advantage). 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a coordination or customer care / service support role. Familiarity with CRM and ERP tools is a must (experience with Zoho CRM or similar is a plus). Strong organizational and documentation skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage). Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
