Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Management located in Gurugram . The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, handling administrative tasks, and providing clerical support. Duties include organizing meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining diaries, and supporting the Director with daily matters. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

NOTE :  (Preference for candidates from South City / South Region, relocation must)

Key Requirements

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Assist in organizing board / committee meetings and follow-ups.
  • Accurately and efficiently transcribe spoken words into written form using shorthand or steno-type machines.
  • Draft and edit emails, memos, and official documents with high language accuracy.
  • Capture detailed notes during meetings, interviews, and court proceedings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, making travel arrangements, and procuring office supplies.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Experience required : 1+ year
